To use the Bellatrix service we collect the following personal data:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address

3. Purpose of Processing

• Delivery of the Bellatrix service (text conversion via artificial intelligence)
• Sending the OTP code for user authentication
• User account management

The processing of personal data is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6, par. 1, letter a of EU Regulation 2016/679 — GDPR).

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained until the user requests its deletion. Deletion can be requested at any time through the methods described in section 7.

6. Third-Party Transfers

Text submitted by users is transmitted to OpenAI solely for the text conversion requested by the Bellatrix service. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the user's explicit consent.

Bellatrix does not use cookies. Session management relies exclusively on the browser's localStorage, classified as strictly necessary for the service to function.
